General Terms

By using PersonaLayouts or purchasing a PersonaLayouts digital product, you agree to these Terms of Service. The product description and price displayed at checkout form part of your order.

Products and Delivery

Digital Spatial Blueprint ($39): A personalized, self-guided room PDF generated from your quiz profile, selected room conditions, and system rules. It includes a ten-page core blueprint. It does not analyze a photograph of your actual room.

Room Transform ($59): Includes the ten-page core blueprint plus analysis of one submitted room photograph, five photo-specific observations, and an AI-assisted original/proposed-direction visual.

Bespoke Spatial Audit: A separately scoped, architect-led engagement based on the agreed brief, evidence, measurements, verification requirements, deliverables, timing, and fee.

Digital delivery begins after successful payment and receipt of all required valid inputs. Delivery times shown on the website are estimates, not guarantees. Invalid inputs, provider outages, safety checks, image-identity checks, or a required manual review may delay delivery. If we cannot produce the purchased digital product, we will provide a correction, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

7-Day Adapt-or-Refund Guarantee

If a delivered recommendation does not fit because actual room conditions materially differ from the information submitted with the order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with the relevant measurements or photograph. We will first attempt a reasonable adaptation. If the purchased product cannot be adapted within its stated scope, we will refund that product.

The guarantee does not cover a change of mind, failure to provide requested verification, purchases or work undertaken before checking dimensions, or requests that expand beyond the purchased room and product scope. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Design and Architectural Limitations

Important: Blueprints, protocols, observations, product suggestions, and renders are behavioral layout guidance and design-direction documents. They are not measured surveys, permit drawings, engineering documents, construction drawings, or guarantees that a product will fit.

Measurements and hidden conditions that PersonaLayouts has not independently verified remain assumptions or field-verification items. Confirm dimensions, openings, structure, services, fire safety, accessibility, product specifications, and local code requirements with appropriately qualified local professionals before purchasing, installing, or carrying out work. AI-assisted visuals are proposed directions and may contain visual inaccuracies.

Customer Inputs and Photo Rights

You confirm that submitted information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to upload and authorize processing of every submitted photo or file. Do not upload images containing people or sensitive information without the necessary permission.

Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

Your delivered report is licensed for personal use on the stated project. You may share it with contractors or advisers working on that project. You may not resell, publish, commercially reproduce, use it to train another system, or remove its branding without written permission.
