Introduction

This policy explains how PersonaLayouts collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our quiz, purchase a digital product, upload a room photograph, request support, or use another PersonaLayouts service.

Information We Collect and Why

We collect information needed to provide the service you request. This may include quiz responses, room and occupancy selections, your name and email address, purchase and delivery identifiers, room measurements, project notes, and room photographs you choose to upload.

We use this information to generate and deliver your selected report, secure your order, provide customer support, prevent duplicate or unauthorized processing, and maintain service quality. We do not sell personal information.

Photo Uploads and AI Processing

Room Transform requires a photograph of the room. Submitted photos and relevant project information may be processed by OpenAI for visual analysis and quality checks, and by Replicate-hosted image models to produce the proposed room-direction visual.

• Storage and infrastructure: Private uploads and generated delivery files may be stored in Cloudflare R2. The application backend is hosted on Render.
• Payments: Payment information is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. PersonaLayouts does not store complete payment-card details.
• Retention: We retain uploads, generated files, order records, and support records only for as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, disputes, security, and applicable legal obligations.
• Marketing: We do not publish or use personal room photographs for marketing without explicit written consent.
• Before uploading: Remove people, private documents, screens, addresses, and other sensitive details that are not needed for the room analysis.

Sharing and Service Providers

We share information only as needed with service providers that support hosting, storage, AI processing, payment, delivery, security, and customer support, or when disclosure is required by law. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Your Data Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. We assess requests under the privacy laws applicable to the request.
